Return is impossible because all our models are sewn individually for each customer.
Returns are possible:
- If it has a defect.
- Not the size you ordered.
- Not the model you ordered.
- Refunds used after the item has been received by us and if the item is found to be in perfect condition (in the same condition as you received it, tag must not be removed, clothing must not be worn).
- Refunds will be made within 1-3 business days, the refund process depends on the bank.
